Our store is hosted by G4 Design House, Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality or ingredients of any products including sweetener type, food coloring, or any preservatives purchased or obtained by you from our website will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 6 – REFUNDS, RETURNS and ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns and therefore they are not granted unless damage is involved (please see FAQ No.13 for more details on a damaged product). However, you may contact us through email at [email protected] or call us at 469-850-2935 to explain why you would like to return your purchase and we will determine (subject to these Terms and Conditions) if your purchase can be returned and refunded based on the circumstances involved. Customer agrees that if they want to cancel an order before it has shipped, there will be a 10% administrative/restocking fee based on the net price customer paid for the products they purchased (not including any shipping cost). If your order has been shipped, no cancellations will be granted. To ensure the timely order cancellation request, please contact us at [email protected] to cancel your order.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, account and delivery information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. If an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address is provided to us, we will attempt to correct it. If we are unable to correct the delivery address in order to create a shipping label, we will contact you by email to obtain the correct delivery address. If you do not respond within 24 to 48 hours of our email to you with the corrected delivery address, your order will be cancelled. In such an event, your order will be refunded in full less a $3 restocking fee. In the event, the shipping provider does deliver your order, but had to correct the delivery address such as obtaining a missing apartment number and the shipping provider charges Soda Emporium an address correction fee, customer agrees this charge will be passed to them by charging their credit card associated with the order or will remit payment through another method such as PayPal. If an order shipment is returned to Soda Emporium due to an incorrect delivery address according to the shipping provider and the shipping provider charges Soda Emporium an incorrect delivery address fee customer agrees this charge will be passed to them by charging their credit card associated with the order or will remit payment through another method such as PayPal. If an order shipment is returned to Soda Emporium due to an incorrect delivery address and the customer contacts us within 5 to 7 days about a refund, we will refund the price paid for the product assuming they are in resalable condition and each order item is within their best-by-taste date. Any and all orders that are returned to Soda Emporium due to an incorrect delivery address according to the shipping provider and the customer does not contact us within 5 to 7 days about a refund, the order will be considered abandoned by the customer and no refunds will be granted to the customer.
